Code Enforcement
Hoxie employees are responsible for enforcing the city's codes, which include building codes, sanitation ordinances, ordinances regarding unsafe and unsightly businesses.

All building in Hoxie will be in accordance with the International Building Code and will be subject to inspection throughout the construction process. Buildings must be permitted by the city.
Building permit applications must be filed with the city before any construction begins. Download your building permit below, complete it and bring it to City Hall.
